Production Return Description
• If the buyer claims for returning the products by personal reason, the buyer is required to pay all the shipping fees in personally.
• If the quality of the product does not match the description and results in the product return, the costs should be borne by Yuen Studio. However, Yuen Studio reserves the right to make final decision at its discretion.
•The applicability of this warranty does not include product damage caused by unnatural external causes. If any of the following situations occur, then the product is not covered by Yuen Studio.
Limitation Clause
• The product is not covered by Yuen Studio due to the damage caused by accidents, misuse, natural disasters, unauthorized disassembly, and vandalism
• This product must be used with other compatible audio device; if damage is caused due to other manufacturer’s accessories, warranty obligations will not be upheld.
• Product maintained or disassembled by unauthorized technical personnel.
• Warranty label, product serial number or tamper label is modified, damaged or unclear.
Warranty period
• This warranty only applies to the original purchaser who owns the product sold from Yuen Studio
• The warranty period is 21 days and starts from the day of purchase.
• This warranty is a non-transferable right. Customers will not be notified about changes of the warranty terms and period.
• As for products that are no longer under production and unable to be maintained a refund of depreciated market price will be made to the product purchaser who, if agrees, may also exchange the purchased product with an equal one. Yuen Studio reserves the right to make final decision at its discretion.
Product exchange procedures
• For damage caused by deficient manufacturing processing or poor materials, Yuen Studio will take responsibility for exchanging the purchased product with an equal one. The procedures are:
1.) Specify in details of the product’s model, serial number, date of purchase and describe the trouble you came across through e-mail or other acceptable methods to Yuen Studio.
2.) After we receive and confirm the product requested for exchanging an equal one if the damage is due to deficient manufacturing process or poor materials, we will immediately send you a well-functioned product to save your waiting time.
